Buying From Dan Santillo and Jigsaws of Wales

The jigsaws measure approximately 69x48cm and cost £20.00. There will be slight cropping at the edges of the photo from when the jigsaw was manufactured. The jigsaws are professionally made by Great British Jigsaws.

Delivery

The cost of postage and packing is £4.50. Delivery is by Royal Mail. Collection from Dan in Skewen or from one of the markets that he does (Uplands, Marina, Mumbles, etc.) is possible - select collection on the basket page.

Lead Time

Jigsaws are either in stock, in which case they will be sent out within a day or two, or they are on pre-order which is clearly marked along with the expected date they are due.

Payment

Payments are handled securely via Stripe so you can pay by credit/debit card or you can pay via PayPal. None of the credit/debit card details are passed to this website - all that Dan gets told is whether the payment was successfully made or not. Alternatively, you can phone Dan with your credit card details to place an order.

Your Right To Cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a cooling off period of 7 days after receiving the delivery during which you can cancel the order and have a full refund. If you decide to exercise your right to cancel, you will be responsible for shipping the goods back to Dan at your expense so please ensure you choose an insured courier. Please contact Dan first to let him know to expect a delivery.

Dan is self-employed and it is just him and his wife, Anneka Santillo, running this business. They take great pride in what they do and the goods that they produce and will do their utmost to make sure that you are happy with what you order. If for whatever reason you aren't happy then please do contact Dan and he will do all he can to resolve any issue.
